Jazz Band

The Watterson Jazz Band is an extra-curricular group that meets three days a week after school during the second semester. Students may need audition to participate. The group, which averages 20 students, has performed at many different jazz festivals over the years including the OSU Jazz Festival, Ameriflora, and the Westerville North Jazz Festival. Many students in the jazz band play a secondary instrument in the group. A wide variety of literature is performed by the group including big band, be-bop, Latin, rock and funk.
